We offer structured ninja classes for athletes ages 6 and up, divided by age and skill level:
Our youth program is split into two training paths:
Youth Novice (Levels 1–3) –Ages 6–11
Focuses on foundational skills, safety, and confidence-building through fun and engaging challenges.
Youth Advanced (Levels 4–6) – Ages 12–15
Introduces more technical skills, obstacle sequencing, and preparation for competitive events.
For beginners to advanced adults (and teens 16+), these classes are built for challenge, progress, and long-term growth.
Each level focuses on strength, endurance, technique, and leadership development — whether you're training recreationally or aiming for competition.
All athletes are placed into the appropriate level after an initial assessment or based on performance in class. Everyone has the opportunity to “level up” through our skills-based progression system.
Absolutely! Celebrate with obstacle-based fun in our gym—complete with coach-led activities, team challenges, and equipment use. Contact us to book your date and go over party packages.
Our Level Up Program is a structured training system that helps you progress through skill-based levels — just like earning belts in martial arts!
It includes:

🧗 Level Placement – Train in the right class for your current ability.
🏅 Assessments & Promotions – Regular check-ins to celebrate your growth.
🎯 Motivation & Milestones – Clear goals and fun ways to level up.
It’s the perfect path for athletes who want to build confidence, track progress, and get stronger over time.
