Youth Novice (White, Grey &ย Yellow Shirts | Levels 1โ2)
For beginners ages 6โ10. Focuses on safety, balance, basic movements, and introductory skills like grip strength and obstacle pacing. New members start here after their initial skills assessment. For ninjas building strong foundations in agility and control.ย
Youth Advanced (Orange, Green & Green/Black Shirts | Levels 4โ6)
For the more advanced youth up to the age of 15. These classes include elevated obstacles, beginner laches, balance training, and learning to flow through multi-obstacle courses. Advanced athletes training for competition and leadership roles. Focus includes course linking, time-based challenges, advanced laches, and strategy. Eligible for monthly evaluations and Level-Up course runs.
Teen & Adult Ninja (Levels 1โ5) โ Ages 16+
For ages 16+ and adults of all fitness levels. Whether you're new or experienced, this class adapts to your ability. Learn proper technique, improve strength, and train alongside others with the same drive. Adults start with an assessment to find their level and work up from there. Focus on grip strength, coordination, obstacle strategy, and performance tracking. Athletes progress through 5 levels with structured goals and skill benchmarks.

Open Gym/Skills lab
Train at your own pace. Open Gym gives youth and adults a chance to practice skills, explore obstacles, or just have fun in a less structured setting.
Skill Lab is a weekday training time for our members to focus on specific skills required for leveling up in a dedicated environment
Birthday Parties & Private Events
Celebrate ninja-style! Reserve our space for birthdays or group events with obstacle access, private party areas, and optional ninja coaching. Outside food allowed in designated areas.
