Skills Testing is where ninjas officially demonstrate mastery of required skills for their current level. This ensures safe, consistent development with clear expectations.

Each testing cycle focuses on 5 rotating skills from the athlete’s level. All required skills must be successfully completed during designated Skills Testing days in order to count toward level advancement.

Once all required skills for a level are completed across testing cycles, the athlete becomes eligible for the Level-Up Test.

Important Scheduling Rule
Skills Testing and Level-Up Testing cannot happen on the same day.

  • If an athlete has only one skill left, it must be completed during a scheduled Skills Testing day

  • Once that final skill is passed, the athlete becomes eligible for Level-Up Testing

Adult Course Run Nights – Train Like a Pro

Put your skills to the test on a full-length ninja course designed for teens and adults. Adult Course Run Nights are structured but self-driven sessions focused on flowing through obstacles, building endurance, and preparing for competitions.

Youth Novice (White, Grey & Yellow Shirts | Levels 1–2)

For beginners ages 6–10. Focuses on safety, balance, basic movements, and introductory skills like grip strength and obstacle pacing. New members start here after their initial skills assessment. For ninjas building strong foundations in agility and control. 

Youth Advanced (Orange, Green & Green/Black Shirts | Levels 4–6)

For the more advanced youth up to the age of 15. These classes include elevated obstacles, beginner laches, balance training, and learning to flow through multi-obstacle courses. Advanced athletes training for competition and leadership roles. Focus includes course linking, time-based challenges, advanced laches, and strategy. Eligible for monthly evaluations and Level-Up course runs.

Teen & Adult Ninja (Levels 1–5) – Ages 16+

For ages 16+ and adults of all fitness levels. Whether you're new or experienced, this class adapts to your ability. Learn proper technique, improve strength, and train alongside others with the same drive. Adults start with an assessment to find their level and work up from there. Focus on grip strength, coordination, obstacle strategy, and performance tracking. Athletes progress through 5 levels with structured goals and skill benchmarks.

Train at your own pace. Open Gym gives youth and adults a chance to practice skills, explore obstacles, or just have fun in a less structured setting.

Skill Lab is a weekday training time for our members to focus on specific skills required for leveling up in a dedicated environment

Celebrate ninja-style! Reserve our space for birthdays or group events with obstacle access, private party areas, and optional ninja coaching. Outside food allowed in designated areas.
