Welcome to Guma i Sindalu Siha! By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services – We provide fitness training, classes, open gym sessions, personal training, and event hosting (such as birthday parties).

2. Memberships & Payments – Memberships and class passes must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Recurring memberships will auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds –

   • Class or session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit toward another session.
     Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.
     Event deposits (e.g. for birthday parties) are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if canceled at least 7 days in advance.

4. Gym Rules & Safety – All participants must follow posted gym rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

5. Liability Waiver – Participation in fitness activities involves risk. By registering for a class, event, or membership, you acknowledge these risks and release Guma i Sindalu Siha, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages, except where prohibited by law.

6. Changes to Terms – We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Youth Participation
   
   
   Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and sign all required waivers before participating in any class, open gym session, personal training, or event.
   Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child follows gym rules and staff instructions.
   We reserve the right to refuse participation to any child if safety rules are not followed.
