Welcome to Guma i Sindalu Siha — Guam’s home for ninja warrior training, fitness, and community.
We are more than just a gym. We are a place where kids, teens, and adults can challenge themselves, build confidence, and discover their true strength. From beginner-friendly classes to advanced training, open gym sessions, personal coaching, and the Sindalu Ninja Games, we create experiences that inspire growth inside and outside the gym.
Founded by Deren Perez, a six-time American Ninja Warrior, multi-international medalist, and 2023 Coast Guard Elite Athlete of the Year, Guma i Sindalu Siha was built to give Guam’s athletes and families access to world-class training right here at home. Our mission is simple: “To help our members grow stronger, build discipline, and overcome obstacles —on and off the course.”
At the heart of what we do is the belief that overcoming obstacles — on the course and in life — builds both physical strength and mental resilience. We teach integrity, honor, and humility alongside athletic development, shaping warriors who are strong in character as well as in body.
