Level Up Program

Mission Statement

At Guma i Sindalu Siha, we use the ninja course as a training ground for real life. Our mission is to develop disciplined, resilient individuals who understand that success requires hard work, patience, and maturity. We train our students to look past frustrations, accept accountability, and focus on mastering the standard—building the mental fortitude to conquer obstacles both inside the gym and out.

Core Values

Earned, Not Given: Success is a product of consistent effort. We do not tolerate entitlement or shortcuts.

Honor the Discipline: A ninja doesn’t argue with the warped wall; they build the strength necessary to scale it. We teach our athletes that when faced with tough requirements, the goal is not to debate the challenge, but to elevate your effort to meet it. True maturity means bringing your highest energy and best focus to the task at hand—whether it is easy, difficult, or unexpected.

Mental Strength Over Physical Power: Raw strength will only get you so far. True maturity is having the patience and mental fortitude to work through your struggles.

The Standard of Progression

At Guma i Sindalu Siha, youth athletes are initially grouped into foundational tiers based on age and developmental stages. This initial framework allows our coaches to deliver age-appropriate instruction, prioritize safety, and build strong peer camaraderie from day one. Ongoing advancement through our leveling system is an individualized journey. True proficiency in the sport of Ninja requires a balanced combination of upper-body power, lower-body stability, technical precision, and emotional maturity. Because athletic development is unique to each student, promotion is never based on a single physical attribute or a standalone skill. To safely graduate to the next tier, every athlete must successfully fulfill our comprehensive Skills Requirements alongside our Leadership Metrics. We maintain these objective benchmarks to protect student safety and ensure long-term athletic success. We appreciate our families partnering with us to encourage patience, focus on personal growth, and celebrate the milestones of every warrior's journey."

The Level Up Program guides athletes through a structured series of levels, each with its own set of skills. Ninjas progress at their own pace through regular skills testing, clear expectations, and coach support.

1. Initial Skills Assessment

Every new member is grouped into foundational tiers based on age as their starting point.

Easy-to-track progress in the Member Portal
Coaches update each athlete’s progress as skills are mastered.

Athletes do not need to pass all skills at once — progress is gradual and cumulative.
Once all skills for the level are completed, the athlete becomes eligible for the Level-Up Test.

4. Level-Up Test

The Level-Up Test is the final assessment for each level.

It includes:
A short obstacle course
Skills and movements pulled from that level’s required abilities
A focus on flow, control, safety, and confidence

Passing the Level-Up Test earns:

✅ Rights to the next Level Shirt
