Welcome to our first-ever FINA-sanctioned Ninja Competition!
Youth events are in the morning. Adults events are in the afternoon.
How it works:
Each athlete gets two runs on the same course.
We take their best run as their official score.
Athletes earn 1 point per obstacle they complete.
If they fail an obstacle, they just move on — no penalties and no disqualification.
There is a time limit, so athletes need to keep moving.
It’s all about speed and clean execution.Â
Points are earned from completing each obstacle, not style.
How it works:
Athletes get one run only.
They earn 1 point per obstacle they complete.
If they fail an obstacle, they simply move to the next one.
There is a time limit, but it’s long enough for most athletes to attempt everything.
Athletes may only take up to 10 seconds of rest between obstacles.
Some obstacles may be “linked,” meaning athletes must go right into the next one without stepping off.
This round is about strength, control, and endurance, not speed.
The obstacles are safe but intentionally challenging.
Grip strength is huge here — many obstacles involve hanging, swinging, or pulling.
Falling once does NOT end the run. keep going.
The last obstacle ends when they hit the buzzer.
